Vehicle/Cargo Collection Information 

If you are collecting a vehicle or item(s) of other cargo from us please note the below information

What will you need to bring?

On collection please ensure you have the following

  • A form of photo I.D.

  • The registration number of your vehicle (the one you're driving not the one you're collecting)

  • The 6 digit PIN number if this has been provided by your Freight Forwarder (they will advise you if this is necessary)

  • Details of the vehicle you are collecting to include the make/model and chassis number/VIN

  • Hi-Vis waistcoat/jacket and safety footwear

What to do when you arrive

On arrival please park your collecting vehicle outside our compound next to the fence line, please do not enter the parking or operational yard with your vehicle.

The office is located in the upper white portacabin. Please take care when crossing the yard.

What happens next?

Your I.D. will be checked, and a gate pass produced (which you will need to sign) to allow you to exit dock security once you have collected your vehicle.

You will be asked to wait in our restroom until a member of staff comes to take you to your vehicle/cargo. Refreshments are available. 

Non-runner release procedure

We will deliver the vehicle to the rear of the collecting agent's vehicle/trailer to enable the collecting agent to load, if further assistance is required please note that charges will apply which will need to be paid at the time of collection. 

Please note we do not use forklift trucks to lift vehicles unless a full disclaimer is provided by the owner of the vehicle via the Freight Forwarder.
